When can I request an exchange?
Once the courier has marked your order delivered. If your order has not arrived yet, the form will tell you so.
How long does it take?
Your voucher is issued as soon as the shoes reach our warehouse and pass a quick check. Keep the tracking link you are given so you can follow it.
What condition do the shoes need to be in?
Unworn, with the box. A pair that has been worn outdoors cannot be accepted, and we will tell you why if that happens.
