Size Exchange / Replacement:

• To exchange your shoes for a different size, go to our Size Exchange page, enter your order number and the name the order was placed under, then select "Send Replacement."
• You will instantly receive a free PostEx return slip and the PostEx helpline number. Attach the slip to your parcel and call PostEx to schedule a free pickup — there is no delivery charge to send the shoes back to us.
• Once the parcel is received at the DeVogue warehouse, our warehouse manager will inspect the shoes.
• If the shoes are found to be in original, unused condition, the parcel is marked as received and a voucher is issued for the amount you paid for the shoes only (original delivery charges are not included in the voucher).
• The voucher does not expire and can be used on the Size Exchange page to reorder any size or style you want.
• Refund cannot be granted for a parcel that is initially sent in for a size exchange — you will receive a voucher, not a cash refund.
• If the shoes do not pass inspection (for example, if they are worn, damaged, or not in their original condition), the exchange request will be declined and the shoes will be sent back to you.

Refund:

• If a damaged product is received by the customer, complete amount paid by the customer will be refunded including delivery charges.
• If a customer did not like a product and wants to return it because they changed their mind, Rs200 delivery charges along with Rs400 handling charges (Packing cost, Material cost, Labour) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Product cannot be refunded if claim is not submitted within 3 working days of delivery.
• QisstPay orders cannot be refunded, they can only be replaced.
• Refund will only be processed after the product is received at the warehouse and inspected by the management.
• In case of delay in delivery due to courier services Devogue will not be liable to refund.
