When can I request an exchange?
Once the courier has marked your order delivered. If your order has not arrived yet, the form will tell you so.
I lost the tracking link you sent me
You do not need it. Use the box above with your order number and the last 4 digits of the phone number you ordered with, and we will show you where your exchange has got to, plus your voucher code once it is issued.
How long does it take?
Your voucher is issued as soon as the shoes reach our warehouse and pass a quick check. Keep the tracking link you are given so you can follow it.
What condition do the shoes need to be in?
Unworn, with the box. A pair that has been worn outdoors cannot be accepted, and we will tell you why if that happens.
